Lee joined TW Gaze in April 2024 having previously worked for an Independent national Estate Agent in Norwich. Having begun his career in 1997 as an apprentice for the leading “Black Horse Agency” flagship office, and progressing through several roles thereafter, Lee then went on to manage successful branches across Norfolk and Suffolk, gaining vital experience dealing with a range of different style properties, including modern, period and country homes. He then studied to pass his ARLA exam, enabling him to also work professionally in the lettings sector.

Lee lives in his hometown, Wymondham; having grown up there and returned to raise his two daughters. He is a keen running enthusiast and enjoys football and most sports including cricket. His favoured past time is spending time with family and friends as long as food is involved!
